Rent changes from April 2026

Your rent is due to change from the start of April 2026. Please remember to amend your payments.

Details about changes to your rent for 2026 were sent to you in January by letter.

This applies to all residents except those in Scotland and Jersey where rent changes will take place in July 2026.

Standing Order payments

If you pay by Standing Order, you will need update the details online or contact your bank, as this is not something we can do for you.

Universal Credit

If you are in receipt of Universal Credit, please DO NOT update your Universal Credit claim with the new rent until after this has taken effect in April. Please keep an eye out for further reminders about this.
