Stephen has worked for over 20 years in the London property market specialising in investment and complex development work for a variety of private and institutional clients including major Retail Banks, Investment Banks, various Local Authorities and other public bodies such as the BBC as well as acting for a variety of large pension funds and a number of large family offices, private investment companies as well as various high net worth individuals. He joined Haig Housing as a trustee in September 2015 with the intention of utilising his property industry experience and contacts for the benefit of Haig Housing.
Outside work, Stephen is a keen sportsman – being more of a fan than a player these days – watching cricket and rugby in particular and suffering for being a Nottingham Forest fan. He volunteers as a rugby coach for London Scottish U13s and still manages to play tennis a couple of times a week. He is also a keen race goer and has been known to place an occasional wager.
