As Corporate Services Director, Mike is responsible for all legal, contractual, HR, IT and governance for the charity.

Mike served as Logistics Officer in the Royal Navy for 16 years, serving in various ships and Headquarters staffs, as well as operational tours in the Middle East and Afghanistan. Since leaving the RN in 2012, he has forged a career in HR, initially in the Oil & Gas sector and latterly in the Housing and Construction industry, including time with Balfour Beatty and Crest Nicholson plc, where he was the lead for the engagement with the Armed Forces and Veterans community.
