Trustee
Sarah Fernandes has been a trustee of Haig Housing since 2020, serving on our People Committee. She comes with twenty years’ experience in senior roles within Human Resources; this includes 17 years of dedicated service in the not for profit sector with appointments in organisations that support vulnerable groups. Sarah currently works for SSAFA, where she provides leadership and management in the delivery of a HR service that spans in the UK and internationally. Her expertise lies in change management and structural redesign, project management, employee relations and development, and she champions diversity & inclusion.
