Nina is a Veteran of the Royal Air Force serving in various locations across the UK and abroad, including a deployment to Iraq in 2006. She now works as a senior leader for a central government housing and support contract.
Since leaving the service, Nina has undertaken multiple roles both within the private and public sector supporting some of the most vulnerable people within society.
Between 2015-2019 Nina had the privilege of working for Help for Heroes developing the welfare support service to wounded, injured and sick veterans and their families. A successful legacy, Nina and her team designed and implemented a specific offer to underpin the 360 holistic approach via the introduction of family caseworkers.
Nina is an active supporter of our Armed Forces and Veteran cohort, always looking for opportunities to strengthen and ensure a fair deal is on offer. Fundamentally her passion is supporting those most vulnerable in society and she wholeheartedly believes that everyone should have the opportunity and means to live safely and sustainably within their own communities.
