Luise Locke
Trustee
Luise Locke has been a trustee of Haig Housing Trust since 2017; she lives in Edinburgh and chairs the Haig Scotland Committee. She was a partner in the Edinburgh law firm, Murray Beith & Murray WS from 1989 and thereafter called to the Scots Bar (Faculty of Advocates) in 2000 to specialise in commercial, agricultural and residential landlord/tenant law amongst other areas.
Since 2006 Luise has been a trustee of the Faculty of Advocates 1985 Charitable Trust (SC12486) which provides assistance to dependents of deceased members of the Faculty and members permanently incapacitated from practice; she was appointed Chair in October 2014. Luise has also held directorships in private companies and graduated MBA from Edinburgh University Business School in 1999.
