Steven Morrice

Steven has had a 40 year career as a Chartered Surveyor in residential and commercial property asset management and development and over 20 years Board experience in the quoted, private and not for profit sectors. Until May 2025 he was Group Development and Sales Director of Hyde Housing, one of the largest Registered Social Housing providers with 120,000 homes under management.
Steven lives in Surrey and is a keen rower, spending much of his spare time on the Thames as a member of Molesey Boat Club. He regularly rows a single scull and also competes in a variety of other boat classes, enjoying both individual and crew-based racing.
