Amber weather warnings for rain and disruption have been issued for South West England and stron winds for Northern Ireland.  

Please take extra care and look after yourself, your home and your neighbours during this time. Damage to your property 

If you need to report damage to your property, call Haig Housing on 020 8685 5777 (option 1) or send an email to repairs@haighousing.org.uk. If it’s out of hours, call the same number and hold for Local Assist. 

Issues with your heating or hot water 

Call Robert Heath on 0330 058 6481. They are available round the clock and have cold weather protocols in place. 

Emergency contacts 

For the police, fire service or medical emergencies, call 999. 

For non-emergencies, call the police on 101. 

Medical 

Call NHS 111 if you need urgent but not life-threatening health advice, or when your GP surgery is closed and you cannot wait until it reopens.

Report a power cut to the National Grid on 105 or 0800 6783 105. To report online, first find your local electricity network operator using your postcode at www.powercut105.com/ then visit their website and look for “Report a Power Cut”. 

If you smell gas, call 0800 111 999.
