Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Haig Housing’s Tenant Survey will run from 15th August – 6th September
We will be running our Tenant Survey during August and September. We ran the last one in 2022 and we are eager to find out your views on our performance and services. All responses will help with our future planning so your feedback is very important to us.
The survey is being run by a company called Service Insights Ltd – please look out for an email from them dropping into your inbox or a letter on your doormat and respond to the survey as soon as you can. This is a standard survey and which is used across the country by housing associations so we can compare our results with other housing providers.

You will automatically be entered into a Prize Draw and four lucky winners will be randomly selected and will each receive £50 high street shopping vouchers.

When is the survey running?
We are running the survey from 15th August to 6th September 2024. We’d be grateful if you could complete it as soon as you can.
Will my answers be anonymous?
All surveys will be returned to Service Insights Ltd who will compile the data and feedback to Haig Housing on a regular basis. All results and analysis will be provided to Haig Housing will not include personal data unless you give your permission to do so in the survey.
How will the results be used?
The analysis will take place later in the year and initial results will be communicated in December. The Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team will look at particular areas for improvement and these will be used to plan our work and set our priorities for the coming year.
Further research
