About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Asset and Programme Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of our residential property portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with housing managers, contractors, and tenants to maintain the condition of our properties and ensure value for money on all works carried out.
The role will be a remote working arrangement, with a requirement to attend Haig Offices in Victoria, London on an occasional basis as required. You will have a formal qualification in a Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be customer focussed, a good communicator with excellent problem-solving skills including dealing with customer complaints.
