Haig are looking for a Performance Improvement Manager to join our Property Services department. We are seeking an individual with the aptitude to develop and improve the levels of service we offer our beneficiaries. We’re looking for a team player, who is highly dynamic and proactive keeping our beneficiaries at the centre of their focus. This is a hybrid role which will include some travel across the UK visiting estates.

We expect you to be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and live our values. In return will provide you with a very competitive package which consists of a generous salary, hybrid working, pension, good holiday allowance, healthcare & life insurance.
