Tenant Survey 2022

We are excited to be running a Tenant Survey during August and September. It’s been some time since we did one and we are eager to find out views on our performance, services and what’s important to our tenants. All responses will help with our future planning so all feedback is very important to us.

The survey is being run by a company called Acuity – please look out for an email from them dropping into your inbox or a letter on your doormat and respond to the survey as soon as you can. This is a standard survey and which is used across the country by housing organisations so we can compare our results with other housing providers.

Prizes to be won!!

You will automatically be entered into a Prize Draw and we will randomly select three lucky winners who will each receive £100 supermarket vouchers.

Why should I take part in a survey?

Your feedback is very important to us so that we can improve the services that we provide.

When is the survey running?

We are running the survey during August and September 2022. Please complete the survey as soon as you can.

Will my answers be anonymous?

All surveys will be returned to Acuity who will compile the data and feedback to Haig Housing on a regular basis. All results and analysis will be provided to Haig Housing will not include personal data unless you give your permission to do so in the survey.

How will the results be used?

The analysis will take place later in the year and initial results will be communicated in December. The Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team will look at particular areas for improvement and these will be used to plan our work and set our priorities for the coming year.
