Haig Housing and Robert Heath Heating Sign Five-Year Contract Renewal

We are pleased to announce that from June 1st Robert Heath Heating Ltd will commence a new five-year contract with Haig Housing Trust.

Robert Heath Heating Ltd has worked with Haig Housing Trust since 2013 providing gas safety checks (LGRS – Landlord Gas Safety Records), gas servicing and heating repairs. The new contract will include electrical safety certificates (EICRs – Electrical Installation Condition Reports).

Haig Housing Trust provides housing for military veterans and their families and Haig’s residents will continue to receive a seamless service for these vital checks to ensure homes are safe and compliant. Scheduling and communication with residents will remain unchanged with Robert Heath Heating Ltd now carrying out the EICR’s in addition to the gas safety checks and heating repairs.

Gary McIntosh, Business Development Director at Robert Heath Heating, commented: “Having worked with Haig Housing since 2013, we were delighted to renew our partnership. We are committed to providing a consistent, high-quality service to all residents. We particularly value our relationship with Haig as a leading provider for ex-service personnel and look forward to continuing our involvement and developing our relationship further.”

Michael Quinlivan, Property Services Manager for Haig Housing Trust, said: “As a charity providing veterans housing, Haig Housing needs to be confident in our relationship with our suppliers. Robert Heath Heating has provided an excellent service to our residents and we are delighted to commence a new contract with them.”
