Income Officer

We want to recruit an experienced Income Officer to complement our existing team in Victoria, Central London. You will need to spend a minimum of two days per week in the office at Victoria and the remainder of the week you will work from home. Our plans to improve our service to beneficiaries are ambitious, for which we need high calibre staff. You will be responsible for the management of income payment within your areas, and income recovery for up to 800, you will be required to work in collaboration with housing managers. You must have a good knowledge of the benefits system; this should include housing benefit Universal credit and debt support.
