Are you a proactive, driven housing professional ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for a dynamic Housing Officer to take on an exciting and varied role supporting our veteran communities in Morden and Ashtead.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 1 year’s hands-on experience in housing management
  • Confidence and expertise in all areas of tenancy management, including:
    • Conducting new tenancy sign-ups
    • Leading annual tenancy reviews
    • Issuing notices and navigating complex legislative frameworks
    • Tackling anti-social behaviour with a fair but firm approach
  • A self-starter mindset with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to travel across the Morden and Ashtead areas independently (must have access to your own vehicle)
