Are you a proactive, driven housing professional ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for a dynamic Housing Officer to take on an exciting and varied role supporting our veteran communities in Morden and Ashtead.

What you’ll bring:
- At least 1 year’s hands-on experience in housing management
- Confidence and expertise in all areas of tenancy management, including:
- Conducting new tenancy sign-ups
- Leading annual tenancy reviews
- Issuing notices and navigating complex legislative frameworks
- Tackling anti-social behaviour with a fair but firm approach
- A self-starter mindset with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to travel across the Morden and Ashtead areas independently (must have access to your own vehicle)
