You may NOT park:

Any vehicle that does not display a valid permit.
Any vehicle that is not Taxed, Insured or have a valid MOT.
Any vehicle that is registered as SORN
Any vehicle that is larger than the designated parking bay therefore obstructs access to adjoining bays.
Any boat, trailer or caravan.
Anywhere other than the designated parking areas. You must not park on the double yellow lines, grassed areas or footpaths/access areas.
In any designated disabled parking bay, unless a Blue Badge and valid permit is displayed.
In any Electric Vehicle charging bay, unless the vehicle is charging.
Any vehicle where the registration number plate/s is obscured or covered.
Any motorcycle anywhere other than the designed motorcycle parking areas.
Any vehicle in more than one designated parking bay.

Permits will not be valid if you do not have tax, MOT and insurance.

Please remember parking is on a first come, first served basis and spaces should not be reserved.

Haig Housing reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of these guidelines when necessary.
