Yellow weather warnings for strong winds have been issued for Northern Ireland, North East and North West England and Scotland.  

Please take extra care and look after yourself, your home and your neighbours during this time. Damage to your property 

England & Wales

If you need to report damage to your property, call Haig Housing on 020 8685 5777 (option 1) or send an email to repairs@haighousing.org.uk. If it’s out of hours emergency, call the same number and hold for the out of hours service. 

For issues with your heating or hot water call Robert Heath on 0330 058 6481. They are available round the clock and have cold weather protocols in place. 

Belfast residents

Scotland residents

If you smell gas, call 0800 111 999.
