Haig Housing is a charitable housing association with some 1,500 properties in small estates throughout the UK which it lets to ex-Service people and their families.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to manage the Grounds Maintenance contracts across the UK as part of our Property Services Team. You will be contractor focused, an effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. The role includes the management of our direct Grounds Maintenance Team based in Morden and improving the quality of our estate services and managing our arboriculture monitoring and maintenance schedules.

The role has a hybrid working arrangement with a requirement of at least 1-2 days a week based at our offices in Morden, Surrey. Additional working days in our Victoria office may be required depending on priorities and essential meetings. Regular travel will be required across all our estates.
